Behind the Scenes: DVS Skate & Create ’09

This has been up for a minute and has probably been seen by most in the skateboarding community, but it's something to be appreciated by anybody who's at all into art direction or production.

Skate & Create is a skateboard video contest. Four competing teams are allowed to use one warehouse and have 9 days to produce something epic. This year, DVS's entry, entitled 'WOOD' put their team riders in a white room, and encircled them in a wall of firewood. Building this wall alone looked like one hell of a project, but watching the 'making of' video puts it all into perspective. The graphics are also really nice and quite funny.
