James Dawe

We don't get to post a ton of collage work on the site, so with that in mind, I'm pretty excited to show James Dawe's stuff. First of all, I love collage. It's definitely under-appreciated as an artistic medium, but when you see a really great collagist at work, it's really something to behold. James gets a lot of commercial work doing what he does (he's repped by London/Milan based Pocko), and that makes me even happier. This work is so creative and provoking, I couldn't help but get to posting on it sooner than later.

Also, It's Nice That just recently ran a fun little Q+A with Dawe that's worth checking out, here. See more of his work after the jump.

I have to say I’m a huge fan of collage artists. My sister is one. This is truly gorgeous work. I can see why his work sells commercially. Captivating none the less.
