Deer Dana

I didn’t get to meet Dana Veraldi during my recent trip to NYC, but that’s where I learned about her work. Dana is pretty much an all-around creative doer, and Deer Dana is the site to which she posts her photography and t-shirt designs, which have been getting quite a bit of attention and press (I-D, NYLON, COSMO, etc.) as of late. The shirt designs consist mainly of hand-drawn portraits of friends, acquaintances and celebrities, who I believe are all involved in some creative niche. There’s a certain charm to the line, and the levity it exudes resonates back through her photography as well.
